Auriga Therapy Training Program

Develop your therapeutic potential further than you had ever imagined.

At the end of the training, participants will be proficient in guiding their patients to the most profound causes of their physical, emotional and psycho-spiritual problems, and able to treat these at the root, with absolute respect and honesty, giving full power to the client and a complete sense of purpose to the therapist.

Besides, at the end of the program, participants will have improved their own physical and emotional health, reduced their own stress and anxiety levels, and gained transformational knowledge and insight about themselves and their lives.

The full program consists of 9 modules. Each module is built on the previous one, but all of them are full and independent workshops. Thus, students can do as many (or as few) modules as they want or need.

1.- You are a health professional and you would like to improve your results, feel a deeper connection with your patients  or gain skills to find and treat the root causes of chronic or difficult problems.

2.- You are a mental or emotional health professional, and you have the feeling that you can go further with your clients, but you don't know how to. Find a way to land all your knowledge on the physical and emotional body and use it in a straightforward, embodied, and profound way.

3.- You have studied one or more therapeutic techniques and would like to discover all of your therapeutic potential.

4.- You have sensitivity and empathy for other people's problems, or you are often asked for help, guidance, or advice. You have a genuine desire to help them, but you don't always know how to, and your efforts don't always have the results you would want.

5.- You are ready to make a commitment with your own personal development and that of your patients with one of the most thorough programs, which will transform your practice, your results, and your level of personal and professional satisfaction.

6. You have a genuine desire to help others while feeling fully satisfied with your work, using a profound and respectful technique, capable of bringing about incredible changes in a person's life. 

1. Our therapeutic techniques target the underlying causes, not just the symptoms.

2. We see the person as a whole. At the end of the training, participants will be able to treat physical, emotional, psycho-spiritual, and energetic issues.

3. Participants will give and receive treatment at the same time. By the end of the program, participants will have improved their own physical and emotional health, reduced their own stress and anxiety levels, and gained insight about themselves and their lives. Once you have been there, it will be easier and more honest to guide others to the same place.

We are very excited to present all the modules in this updated program. The first four modules belong to the basic program and have to be taken in order. All the other modules are optional additions to the basic program.

Module 1 

Structural Techniques (Level 1) - Based on Upledger's CranioSacral work

Duration: 4 day workshop (Thursday to Sunday) and at least 1 Review (Saturday and Sunday) 

Participants will be able to use an anatomically precise full-body protocol to treat the central nervous system and the main body diaphragms. 

Module 2 

Structural Techniques (level 2): From the Symptom to the Cause - Based on Upledger's CranioSacral work

Duration: 4 day workshop (Thursday to Sunday) and at least 1 Review (Saturday and Sunday) 

Participants will be able to use advanced structural CranioSacral techniques to identify, evaluate and treat the source of physical tension anywhere in the body. You will be able to treat the skull, face, mouth, teeth, and jaw, using advanced techniques with anatomical precision.

Module 3 

Somato-Emotional Techniques - From the Physical to the Emotional World - Based on Upledger's CranioSacral work

Duration: 4 day workshop (Thursday to Sunday) and at least 1 Review (Saturday and Sunday)

Participants will be able to use one of the most profound and effective techniques for emotional release, to help liberate the emotional stress and tension held in the body, and help their patients find the emotional origin of their physical issues.

Module 4 

Psycho-Emotional Techniques - Based on Upledger's CranioSacral work

Duration: 4 day workshop (Thursday to Sunday) and at least 1 Review (Saturday and Sunday)

Participants will be able to apply advanced techniques from various schools of psychology to help others free themselves from their major psycho-emotional burdens and reconnect with their true self (i.e., their sense of purpose, joy and love). 

Module 5 

Interrelational Somatics and Lineage Techniques - Inspired by Hellinger's work

Duration: 4 day workshop (Thursday to Sunday) 

Participants will be able to help others identify and heal conscious or unconscious family/transgenerational loyalties and bonds so that they can lead a freer and more mindful life. We will explore transgenerational work and family constellations in their application to CranioSacral techniques.

Module 6 

Palpatory Anatomy and Bio-Emotional Decoding

Duration: 4 day workshop (Thursday to Sunday) 

Participants will be able to evaluate and locate the main organs and structures in the body three-dimensionally. They will have clarity on some important anatomical relations and possible psycho-emotional connections according to their bio-emotional decoding.

Module 7 

Psycho-Spiritual Liberation Techniques - Inspired by Pathwork

Duration: 4 day workshop (Thursday to Sunday) 

Participants will be able to identify some of the major conflicts and obstacles of a psycho-spiritual nature in themselves and their clients. They will be able to guide them to discover revealing truths capable of manifesting profound transformation in their lives.

Module 8 

Intensive Self-Discovery Retreat

Duration: 4 day weekend (Thursday to Sunday): 

After this deeply transformational retreat, participants will have discovered a big part of their potentiality as individuals and as therapists. They will have seen and faced the main obstacles that prevented their full development and expansion, and they will feel more prepared to help others do the same.

Module 9

Integration - Duration: 4 day workshop (Thursday to Sunday) 

In this module, participants will have the opportunity to treat external clients in a safe environment and receive feedback from clients, participants and teachers. We will have rich discussions about our experiences, possible other solutions to encountered problems, and clarification of doubts and insecurities. At the end of this workshop, students will be able to integrate all the techniques learned so far, feeling more confident and connected to their intuition.
